I have applied one RTI to Chief Justice Supreme Court , Regarding Police Complaint authorities in India as per Supreme Court's orders. I was not provided the Reply, instead excuse was given that your Queries are vague in Nature. I sent 1st appeal. Mr. Sunil Thomas registrar and Appellate authority ; accepted the Fact in written ,even afterthat Information was not provided . Instead advised to apply for Judgements. I asked why not under RTI act............????? In order to protect his colleague he kept mum. I opted for 2 nd Appeal . My two Serious and Simple Questions from Supreme Court--------------
1.) Supreme Court is covered under RTI act-- Either you Exempt Supreme Court OR

2.) Provide me the information under RTI act.

am invited by Central Information Commission 's Chief Sh. Satya Nand Mishra on 06/06/2013. Now date has been postponed to 10/07/2013. It will be a historical decision that will decide the Fate of RTI in Indian Courts

UPA Government is planning to bring All Political Parties out from the RTI Act. Tomorrow/ Day after Tomorrow this bill will be presented in Parliament & we want that we should come on Roads outside Parliament to oppose this amendment . On 1st May we were arrested from Prime Minister's Residense, , on 9 th August 2013 also we protested against this bill at 10 Janpath Sonia Gandhi's House. Please come out on Roads without ant Fear. in Last 2.5 Years i have been Arrested 26 times for Public Cause. No Problem with Jobs/ Carrier Because -- Right to Express / Freedom is your Fundamental Right . This is not Crime, therefore no effect on Jobs. This Activity has to be done on Tuesday 13 August 2013.

Narnaul ITI Seprate Wing for SC/ST Students

Respected Indian Citizens,

One more Great Social Victory..............against Castism in Goverment Owned ITI at Narnaul, Haryana.
In Narnaul ITI Seprate Classes were held for General & SC/ST Students. Seprate building was constructed , inogurated by Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on 01/05/2011. I applied RTI to Prime minister office & asked-- Please provide me the basis of Decision of Haryana Govt. for Dividing the Students on Caste lines in Narnaul ITI. I was given reply that No such building Constructed. Times of India raised this issue on 09/05/2012. Read for Details. Immediately the SC/ST Wing was painted overnight.

Now Haryana Goverment has accepted it's Mistake. Chief Minister and 5 MLA's were involved in this CRIME. Information recieved when i sent RTI to Chief Secretary Haryana Govt. Times of India covered this on 30/May 2013 page no.5
